FAQ

What should I wear?

  • Stick to solid colors or subtle patterns. Avoid busy prints or logos that can distract from your face.
  • Bring at least 1–2 outfit options. A classic look and a bold/creative one can give you more variety.
  • Neutrals photograph beautifully. Think black, white, cream, beige, soft browns, greys, or muted tones.
  • Iron your clothes! Wrinkles show up in high-resolution studio lighting.
  • Consider neckline and fit. Structured or tailored pieces photograph really well in a studio setting.

📅 Who books the studio space?

I’ll take care of the entire studio booking process for you — from finding the right space to confirming the reservation. I work with a variety of trusted studios, and will choose one that fits the aesthetic and needs of your session.

All studio rental details — including location, time, and access info — will be shared with you once everything is confirmed. The rental fee will be included in your final price breakdown, so there are no surprise costs. Easy and stress-free!

FAQ

👨‍👩‍👧 Can I bring someone with me?

Of course! Whether it’s a partner, friend, or parent, you’re welcome to bring one guest for support. If they’ll be part of the shoot, just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

🖼 What kind of photos can I get in a studio session?

Studio sessions are great for:

  • Portraits (individual, couple, family)

  • Headshots & personal branding

  • Editorial or stylized shoots

  • Creative concepts (we can build a mood board!)

FAQ

📷 Can I bring props or personal items?

Definitely! If there’s something meaningful or fun you’d like to include — from hats to instruments to branding items — bring it along. I’ll help work it into the session naturally.

🛠 Do you have your own studio?

I currently work out of rented studio spaces rather than a privately owned studio. This allows me to choose from a variety of locations, each with unique setups, lighting, and aesthetics — so your session can perfectly match the look and feel you’re going for.

Studio bookings are subject to space availability, so I recommend booking early to ensure we can secure a spot that fits your vision. During our consultation, I’ll help select a studio that aligns with your style (whether that’s clean and minimal, moody and dramatic, or something more creative!).

All studio fees are included in your final quote unless otherwise noted.
